These Terms of Service govern your use of nationalcompliancebureau.com and any services provided by National Compliance Bureau, a KeyQuest LLC company.
National Compliance Bureau provides ADA and WCAG website compliance auditing and remediation services. We are a private company and are not affiliated with any federal, state, or local government agency.
While we work to bring your website into WCAG 2.2 compliance, we do not guarantee our services will prevent all ADA-related legal claims. Compliance is an ongoing process and websites may develop new violations over time.
All services are rendered under separate service agreements. Payment terms and deliverables will be outlined prior to work beginning.
National Compliance Bureau's liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
